目的　探讨碘 12 5粒子植入肿瘤组织间或其淋巴走行处对治疗肿瘤 ,防止转移复发的效果。方法　在手术切除时或直视下将碘 12 5粒子植入瘤体或淋巴走行处 ,进行内放疗。结果　 2 5例患者进行治疗 ,现 2 3人存活 ,2人术后 3个月死亡。结论　癌组织间碘 12 5粒子植入内放射治疗痛苦小 ,并发症少 ,复发率低 ,近期疗效满意 ,值得推广应用 Objective To investigate the effect of iodine 125 particles implanted into the tumor tissue or its lymph node on the treatment of tumor and prevent the recurrence of metastasis. Methods Iodine 125 particles were implanted into the tumor or lymphatic space at the time of surgical resection or under direct vision for internal radiotherapy. Results Twenty-five patients were treated. Twenty-three survived and two died three months after surgery. Conclusion Intra-iodine 125 seeds implantation in cancer tissue is less painful, fewer complications and low recurrence rate, and has satisfactory short-term curative effect and should be widely applied
