多巴酚丁胺试验是近年来开展的一项诊断冠心病的新技术。对12例患者进行了~(201)TL-多巴酚丁胺试验心肌灌注显像,给予的最大负荷剂量为20μg/(kg·min),取得了满意的效果。它是一种很有应用前途的诊断方法,但也有操作较复杂和试验时间较长等缺点。
Dobutamine test in recent years to carry out a diagnosis of coronary heart disease new technology. The myocardial perfusion imaging of ~ (201) TL-dobutamine test was performed in 12 patients. The maximal loading dose was 20μg / (kg · min), and satisfactory results were obtained.
