紧紧围绕活动、建设、服务三位一体的指导思想,团学工作由重在建设的目标向重在服务的目标转变,将团组织从动员型组织过渡到为团员青年谋发展的服务型组织,在此基础上,寻找适合团组织参与和服务社会建设的有效途径和载体,更加注重团学活动对团员青年个人的能力发展的作用,更加关注团学活动在团组织服务社会方面的作用。
Closely around the guiding ideology of trinity in activities, construction and service, the work of group study shifts from focusing on the goal of construction to serving the goal of serving the service, transforming the group organization from a mobilized organization to a service-oriented organization seeking development for its youth members. On this basis, we should find effective ways and carriers that are suitable for CYL organizations to participate in and serve for social construction. We should pay more attention to the role of CYL activities in developing CYL members’ capabilities and pay more attention to the role of CYL in serving CYL.
