羟乙基淀粉(HES)是临床上广泛应用的血浆代用品。研究表明,HES能维持血流动力学稳定、增加氧运输、改善细胞免疫功能及减轻机体创伤引起的炎症反应等。近年,许多学者对其作用机制做了深入研究。本文就其对机体的炎症反应和免疫调节研究进展作一综述。 1 HES对机体免疫功能的影响当创伤、失血时,机体的免疫功能明显受到抑制,表现在T细胞增殖反应降低,T细胞的IL-2 mRNA表达及产生和分泌的IL-2减少,脾脏和腹腔巨噬细胞因子,如IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α产生受抑,而肝脏枯否细胞因子的释放增加,巨噬细胞的吞噬活性下降,从而使机体免疫功能降低,易引起
Hydroxyethyl starch (HES) is a clinically widely used plasma substitute. Studies have shown that HES can maintain hemodynamic stability, increase oxygen transport, improve cellular immune function and reduce inflammation caused by trauma and other reactions. In recent years, many scholars have made in-depth studies on their mechanism of action. This article reviews its progress on the inflammatory response and immune regulation of the body. 1 HES on immune function When the trauma, blood loss, the body’s immune function was significantly inhibited in the T-cell proliferation response decreased, T-cell IL-2 mRNA expression and production and secretion of IL-2 decreased spleen and Peritoneal macrophage cytokines such as IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α are inhibited, while the increase of hepatic kupffergic cytokines and the phagocytic activity of macrophages decrease, which leads to the decrease of immune function and easy to cause
