本研究以朗文语料库统计出的14类高频会话词串为实验材料,在上海政法学院大学英语二年级下学期学生中进行实验,期间采用课堂观察、问卷调查和座谈等方式收集资料并进行分析整理。结果表明:掌握会话词串的种类和数量与英语听说能力之间存在明显的正相关;高频词串可以作为语言输入材料的一部分被学习者直接吸收利用;词串有助于提高学习者的口语流利性和准确性,减少母语的负迁移。
In this study, 14 high frequency conversational word strings from the Longman corpus were used as experimental materials. Experiments were conducted among the students of the second year of undergraduates in Shanghai Politics and Law Institute. During the period, classroom observation, questionnaire and informal discussion were used to collect data and conduct Analysis and finishing. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the types and numbers of conversational word strings and the listening and speaking ability of English. The high-frequency word strings can be directly absorbed and used by learners as part of the language input materials. The word strings help to improve learners’ Oral fluency and accuracy, reducing the negative transfer of mother tongue.
