本文利用地磁指数的长序列资料，提出了一个段因子的普查方法，建立了地磁指数与渤海冬季气温的预报关系。多年来对渤海冬季气温长期预报的应用结果表明，效果良好． In this paper, we use a long sequence of geomagnetic index data to propose a census method of segment factors and establish the relationship between the geomagnetic index and the winter temperature in Bohai Sea. The application of the long-term forecast of the Bohai Sea winter temperature over the years shows that the effect is good.
