前程无忧网曾做过一次“晒晒第一份工作”的网上调查,共有996人参与,其中男性比例为52%;大专以上学历占90%;17%的受访者来自外资公司,10%来自合资公司,44%来自民营/私企公司;有1~3年(包含3年)工作经历的受访者为48%,3~5年(包含5年)工作经历的受访者为20%,5~8年(包含8年)的为12%,8年以上的占8%。我们来看看这样的调查有什么惊人之处。薪酬、环境、行业、兴趣、职位成为大家对第一份工作不满的5大因素。一边是“过来人”抱怨第一份工作的薪酬不够理想,一边是“新人”大无畏地表示“给多少钱”都可以。看来,非得亲身经历,才知道世事有多艰难。
