2001年8月,“星光计划”在保定市正式开始实施。从9月底项目确定到11月底,首批100个社区老年福利服务设施建设项目已全部完成。
August 2001, “Starlight Plan” officially started in Baoding. From the end of September to determine the project by the end of November, the first batch of 100 community welfare services and facilities construction projects have been completed.
