Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MCTD) is relatively rare in children and typically presents with constitutional symptoms, rash, Raynaud’s phenomenon, and musculoskeletal symptoms. Cardiac involvement is an infrequent complication of MCTD usually occurrin
