随着基础教育美术课程课改的全面推进以及国家、地区对中小学美术教育的不断重视,新疆中小学美术教学改革已取得了一定的成绩。然而,新疆农村中小学美术教育改革仍处于薄弱环节。新疆高师美术教育专业担负着培养农村中小学美术师资的重任,在不断对高师美术教育专业改革的探索中,我深深感受到:高师美术教育专业的课程设置不能简单的借用专业美术院校的课程结构。旧的教育理念、不注重突出师范性、不应对地区需求而盲目设定的培养目标等因素,已成为新疆高师美术教育专业的瓶颈。为此,我拟提出了以下几方面的改革建议。
With the comprehensive promotion of curricular reform in basic education art courses and the continuous attention paid by the country and the region to the art education in primary and secondary schools, the reform of art teaching in primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang has achieved some success. However, the reform of art education in rural primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang is still at a weak point. In the exploration of the reform of art education major in normal colleges and universities, I deeply feel that the curriculum of fine arts education in normal universities can not be borrowed simply from the professional art colleges course structure. The old educational concept, which does not pay attention to the factors of normality and training objectives that should not be blindly set for regional needs, has become the bottleneck of art education major in higher normal education in Xinjiang. To this end, I propose the following proposals for reform.
