婴儿营养性巨幼红细胞性贫血系由于叶酸、维生素B_(12)缺乏所引起的贫血,多发生于专恃母乳喂养而未添加辅食的婴儿。近年来全国各地均有文献报告。现将我科1964年11月至1977年8月所收治的资料较完整的22例报告如下。
Infant megaloblastic anemia is anemia caused by folic acid and vitamin B 12 deficiency. It occurs in infants who are breastfeeding without supplementing food supplement. In recent years, there are literature reports all over the country. Now our department from November 1964 to August 1977 were more complete information on the 22 cases reported as follows.
