编者按:行业协会在中国的发展与经济体制改革紧密相连,加入WTO将进一步促使行业协会自身以及它与外部的关系发生重要的转变。按市场经济的要求建立健全代表行业利益的自律组织,应尊重行业协会的固有属性,本文即从对行业协会基本性质开始分析,结合我国行业协会的存在问题,对我国的行业协会转型提出若干建议。
Editor's Note: The development of trade associations in China is closely linked with the reform of the economic system. Accession to the WTO will further promote the important transformation of the trade associations themselves and their relations with the outside world. According to the requirements of the market economy, a self-regulatory organization that represents the interests of the industry should respect the inherent attributes of trade associations. This article starts with the analysis of the basic characteristics of trade associations and the problems existing in the trade associations in our country and makes some suggestions on the restructuring of the trade associations in China .
