我们在收治病毒性肝炎中发现与伤寒无关的肥达氏反应(简称肥达)阳性者。为此,在1979年我们对因病情活动,SGPT升高和/或SB不正常,需住院治疗的各型肝炎225例(肝炎活动组)及SGPT和/或SB正常出院随访各型肝炎100例(肝炎稳定组)作肝功能检查和某厂健康者188人作肝炎普查时,都检测了肥达,现将结果报道如下。
