具有应答的以太网(Acknowledging Ethernet)方式是适用于总线式计算机局部网的一种信道访问控制方式.具有应答的以太网,是在以太网的信道访问控制方式的基础上,引入了基本等待时间的概念,从而实现了无碰撞地回送应答分组的功能,一方面减轻主计算机的负荷,另一方面提高了传输效率和可靠性.自从一九七七年提出具有应答的以太网方式以来,通过仿真实验,对其各方面性能进行了评价,然而,从理论上进行性能分析的课题一直没有得到解决.本文导出具有应答的以太网的平均信道利用率、平均重发次数以及平均传输时延的近似式,并与仿真实验的结果进行比较,由此验证近似式的准确度.本文中还论述了应答功能的引入对于以太网的数据分组传输性能所产生的影响.
Acknowledging Ethernet (Acknowledging Ethernet) is a kind of channel access control method which is suitable for the bus computer local area network. The Ethernet with acknowledge is based on Ethernet channel access control mode, and introduces the basic waiting time So as to realize the function of replying packet without collision so as to relieve the load of the host computer and improve the transmission efficiency and reliability on the other hand.After the Ethernet mode with response has been proposed since 1977, However, the problem of theoretical performance analysis has not been solved.This paper deduces the average channel utilization, the average retransmission times and the average transmission delay of Ethernet with response Approximate, and compared with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of approximation.In this paper, we also discuss the impact of the introduction of the response function on the data packet transmission performance of Ethernet.
