实践证明,代料栽培香菇是发展香菇生产行之有效的方法。但按现有的栽培工艺,完成一个生产周期,大约需要8-11个月的时间,而产菇期长达6个月之久,每平方尺可产鲜菇3斤左右,仍存在着周期长,花工大,菇房利用率低,经济效益不高等问题。为此,本研究着重于如何进一步缩短香菇的收获期(即子实体生育阶段),探索香菇促成栽培新工艺。从83年开始利用地热温室,采用了“加温养菌法”和“温差刺激催营法”,获得显著的增产效果,成功地缩短了香菇栽培周期。现将实验结果报道如下:
