最近十几年以来,陆续出现一类新型内吸杀菌剂,它们的共同作用机制是对病原菌体内麦角甾醇生物合成的抑制作用。在已商品化的品种化学结构虽各不相同,但均具有一个杂环核心;尤其是含1.2.4—三唑的化合物出现了如三唑酮,(商品名百里通Bau-LeTon)三唑醇等高效内吸杀菌剂品种,在防治麦类锈病、白粉病、黑穗病等病害上,表现了突出的效果,引起了广泛的注意。这类新型杀菌剂正在迅速发展,且公认是杀菌剂发展的主要趋向之一。
In the recent ten years, a series of new systemic fungicides have emerged one after another, and their common mechanism is inhibition of ergosterol biosynthesis in pathogenic bacteria. Although the chemical structures of the commercially available varieties vary, they all have a heterocyclic nucleus; in particular, the compounds containing 1.2.4-triazole appear as triadimefon (trade name Tripton Bau-LeTon) tris High concentration bactericide fungicides such as azole alcohol, in the prevention and control of wheat rust, powdery mildew, smut and other diseases, showed outstanding results, aroused widespread attention. These new fungicides are rapidly evolving and are acknowledged as one of the major trends in fungicide development.
