从事初中语文教学已经十余年了,回头想想很是茫然,特别是在新一轮教学改革的转型阶段以及深入实施素质教育、减负增效等时代要求下,如何构建高效课堂、提高学生的语文素养成为我实际教学中的困惑,并由此萌生些许思考:如何构建初中语文高效课堂,还语文以本色?我认为首先要采用“望、闻、问、切”的方式对原有语文教学科学诊断,以便“药到病除”。其次通过提高教师素质,更新教育理念,搭建支教平台,正视学生资源开发等方面构建语文高效课堂。

Secondly, to construct a Chinese efficient classroom by improving the quality of teachers, renewing the educational philosophy, building a supportive teaching platform and addressing student resource development.
