针对水务工程建设项目对动态管理和信息化管理要求的不断提高,以及对工程建设安全的高度重视,基于上海市城市排水有限公司建设管理模式,研发了水务工程建设项目管理系统。该系统实现了工程建设的多项目集中管理、工程建设信息化管理及工程建设远程实时监控等功能。通过该系统的应用,简化了工程建设管理过程,提高了工程建设管理水平,加强了工程建设过程的安全监督及管理,为工程安全、保质、保量的建设提供了强有力的监督平台。
In view of the continuous improvement of dynamic management and information management requirements for waterworks construction projects and the great importance attached to the safety of construction projects, the project management system for waterworks construction projects was developed based on the construction management mode of Shanghai Urban Drainage Company Limited. This system realizes the multi-project centralized management of project construction, the information management of project construction and the remote real-time monitoring of project construction. Through the application of the system, the project construction management process is simplified, the project construction management level is enhanced, the safety supervision and management of the project construction process is strengthened, and a strong monitoring platform is provided for the construction of project safety, quality and quantity.
