利用等电聚焦电泳 (IEF)技术测定了草菇低温诱导蛋白的等电点 ,分别用宽范围pH3～1 0和窄范围pH5～ 8两次电泳 ,精确测定出该蛋白的等电点为 6.79,pH梯度曲线的相关系数r达 0 .937.
The isoelectric point of low-temperature-induced protein was determined by isoelectric focusing electrophoresis (IEF). The isoelectric point of this protein was determined to be 6.79 by using a wide range of pH3 ~ 10 and narrow range of pH5 ~ , the correlation coefficient of pH gradient curve r reached 0.937.
