平菇适应性广,抗逆性强,栽培容易,单产较高,各种营养高于一般蔬菜。但部分乡村因远离菌种厂或因购买栽培种成本高而感到困难,使许多培养料造成浪费。为此,笔者根据平菇的生态特点和生理习性,用子实体作菌种进行栽培试验,收到了明显的效益。一、子实体做菌种的依据每个成熟的子实体可释放出担孢子几亿到十几亿个,担孢子在适宜的条件下,初期萌发为单核菌丝,有亲和性的单核菌丝互相结合(质配)成为每个细胞中有两个细胞核的双核菌丝,双核菌丝在适宜条件下,可发育成为结实性双核菌丝,一当环境条件适宜就可扭结形成原基,而进入生殖生长阶段,形成新的子实体。二、栽培方法(一)选种(子实体)及播种前准备菌种必须选择肉质肥厚、
