从鸡场三批鸡粪便的污水中,以鸡大肠杆菌 O_(50)新分离的鸡大肠杆菌和鸡白痢沙门氏菌作为被捕食菌,分离出二株食菌蛭弧菌,这些蛭弧菌在30℃中培养3~5d 出现蚀斑,以后蚀班面积逐渐扩大。用鸡白痢沙门氏菌作为被捕食菌分离到的食菌蛭弧菌,对鸡大肠杆菌 O_(50)及新分离的鸡大肠杆菌均有裂解作用。电镜观察证明,食菌蛭弧菌大小为300nm×120nm,有一根很长的鞭毛,并可见到食菌蛭弧菌粘附于被捕食菌上。
From three batches of chicken manure in the chicken farm, Escherichia coli O_ (50) was isolated from chicken E. coli and B. pullorum Salmonella as the predatory bacteria, and two strains of Bdellovibrio were isolated. These Bdellovibrio were 30 ℃ cultured 3 ~ 5d appear plaque, after gradual expansion of corrosion area. Salmonella pullorum as a predatory bacteria isolated from the bdellovibrio, E. coli O_ (50) and the newly isolated chicken Escherichia coli have lytic effect. Electron microscopy showed that the size of the bdellovibrio was 300 nm × 120 nm and had a long flagellum. It was found that the obligate Bdellovibrio adhered to the prey bacterium.
