高速钢的回火通常是540°~560℃的高温回火(H)。所谓LHH回火法,是指在320°~380℃的低温回火(L)之后,进行两次高温回火(HH)。LHH回火能改善碳化物的分布及均匀性,因此,LHH回火件的硬度高于高温回火件,冲击值也有所提高。本文拟对性能改善与显微组织的关系加以说明。(1) 机械性能T1钢(SKH2)和M2钢(SKH51)通过LHH回火,硬度可提高0.5~2HRC,冲击值
