为探讨牛磺酸对运动机体的作用,我们观察了牛磺酸对运动大鼠骨骼肌和血浆中支链氨基酸(BCAA,是骨骼肌组织的供能氨基酸)浓度的影响。结果表明:1.运动+牛磺酸组血浆中牛磺酸浓度较对照组、运动组都显著增加;运动组骨骼肌组织中牛磺酸浓度较运动+牛磺酸组显著降低。2.运动+牛磺酸组血浆中VAL、LEU浓度都较对照组显著增加;运动组骨骼肌组织中LEU浓度较对照组显著降低。以上结果提示,牛磺酸能提高或稳定运动机体内BCAA的浓度,在抗运动性疲劳方面可发挥重要作用。
To explore the effect of taurine on motorbodies, we observed the effect of taurine on the concentration of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) in skeletal muscle and plasma of exercise-induced rats. The result shows: 1. Exercise + taurine plasma taurine concentration than the control group, exercise group were significantly increased; exercise group skeletal muscle taurine concentration than exercise + taurine significantly decreased. 2. Exercise + taurine plasma VAL, LEU concentrations were significantly increased compared with the control group; exercise group skeletal muscle LEU concentration was significantly lower than the control group. The above results suggest that taurine can increase or stabilize the concentration of BCAA in the body and play an important role in anti-exercise fatigue.
