为更全面准确地评价不同水电站或同一水电站不同年份的优化调度工作,在原有考核指标的基础上,补充提出了节水增发程度指标,讨论了优化模型与径流预报信息对节水增发工作的价值,并以甲、乙两水电站为例分析了指标的有效性及两水电站的随机模型价值(V_(SS))和完全信息价值(E_(VPI))。算例分析表明,节水增发程度指标能有效评估水电站优化提升空间及水电站优化程度;通过评价水电站随机模型价值(V_(SS))和完全信息价值(E_(VPI)),可确定优化模型及径流预报信息对提升水电站发电量的最大贡献裕度,有利于提升水电站增发工作效率。
In order to evaluate the optimal dispatching work of different hydropower stations or hydropower stations in different years in a more comprehensive and accurate way, based on the original assessment indexes, the index of water-saving and increasing degree is added and the value of optimized models and runoff forecast information on water-saving and outdated issuance is discussed The validity of the indicators and the stochastic model value (V_ (SS)) and complete information value (E_ (VPI)) of the two hydropower stations are analyzed with Case A and B Hydropower Station. The case study shows that the index of water-saving and increasing degree can effectively evaluate the optimal space for hydropower station and the degree of hydropower station optimization. By evaluating the value of random model (V_ (SS)) and complete information value (E_ (VPI)), The maximum contribution margin of runoff forecast information to the improvement of generating capacity of hydropower stations is conducive to enhancing the work efficiency of additional hydropower stations.
