对中药加味五味消毒饮治疗皮肤细菌感染的机理从抗菌活性和对人体免疫功能的影响等方面作了探讨。结果表明:该方煎液对金葡菌、溶链菌、四联球菌、大肠、绿脓杆菌普遍具有抗菌作用,其总有效抗菌率81.25%,耐药率18.75%。与十种常用抗生素比较,总有效抗菌率高,敏感率低,耐药菌株少,提示该方抗菌谱广,抗菌效力较弱;治疗后IgG、C3水平显著上升(P<0.01),表明该方能选择性提高人体体液免疫功能。显示从抗细菌、提高人体免疫力等方面发挥抗感染作用。
The mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine plus flavored disinfectant drink in the treatment of bacterial infection of the skin was discussed in terms of its antibacterial activity and its impact on human immune function. The results showed that the decoction had antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Streptomyces, Tetracoccus, large intestine and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The total effective antibacterial rate was 81.25% and the resistance rate was 18.75%. Compared with ten commonly used antibiotics, the total effective antibacterial rate is high, the sensitivity is low, and the drug-resistant strains are few, suggesting that the antibacterial spectrum is broad and the antibacterial efficacy is weak; the levels of IgG and C3 are significantly increased after treatment (P<0.01). This shows that this party can selectively improve the body’s humoral immune function. It shows anti-infective effects from anti-bacterial and human immunity.
