为切实贯彻执行《福建省进一步提高口岸大通关工作效率的具体措施》,结合集装箱运输发展的实际情况,厦门港务集团成立口岸大通关专业推进小组,负责该项工作。厦门市实施口岸大通关协调小组的年内目标是:实现出口货物在单证齐全、有效、准确的前提下,口岸整体通关平均时间从原来的3.1个工作日降低到2个工作日以内,进口货物整体通关平均时间从原来的6.5个工作日降到4个工作日以内。为实现该目标,港务集团承诺:（1）码头方面（集团所属的海天码头和海沧港务公司）:①平均装卸效率:远洋干线每台桥吊20MOVES/HOUR,近洋航线25MOVES/HOUR,②提、卸箱平均时间:以拖车进卡口为起点,30分钟以内完成。③根据口岸可验单位的要求,在接到调柜指令的下半个工作日,将货柜运抵指定的查验场所,即上午接到指令,下午4:00以前完成,下午接到指
