管理会计工作是企业日常经营活动中一种主要的内部会计手段,在实际工作中其主要职责是将企业目前与未来的资金周转情况作为主要研究对象,从而为企业经济效益的提升,以及加强企业的内部管理工作提供必要的参考依据。管理会计工作主要包含会计与管理控制系统两方面内容。本文主要分析了实践工作经验管理会计工作对于降低企业成本的作用,并展开了相关探讨,希望能够为相关的研究工作提供参考。
Management accounting work is a kind of internal accounting measure in the daily operation of the enterprise.
