新闻编辑作为媒体新闻传播的执行人员,在新闻的选择、报道上如果不能尊重客观事实报道、不能向群众披露真相,那么则失去了职业赋予的职能。随我国社会文化的发展,与国际上的信息交流不断变革,新事物、新观念、新思潮的不断涌现,人民的文化层次也在不断提升,因此也加强了对电视新闻传媒的评判与监督性。为了顺应时代的发展需求,电视新闻已经由预先录制模式向着直播模式转变,电视新闻的编辑也由传统的简单排列组合迈向了复合型创作时代。节奏的加快,内容的复杂,使新时期对新闻编辑的要求也在增加。本文旨在通过对新闻编辑在我国社会环境下,结合其自身职责与职能,对当前素质与能力的要求作进一步详解。
As an executive of media news dissemination, the news editor can not reveal the truth to the masses if it can not respect the objective factual reports in the selection or report of the news, and then he has lost the function of job assignment. With the development of our country’s social culture, the constant exchange of information with the international community, the continuous emergence of new things, new ideas and new thoughts, and the improvement of the people’s cultural level, the evaluation and supervision of the television news media have also been strengthened . In order to meet the demand of the development of the times, the television news has been transformed from the pre-recorded mode to the live-streaming mode, and the editing of the television news media has also been transformed from the traditional simple arrangement to the composite one. Rhythm accelerated, the content of the complex, so that the requirements of the new period editors are also increasing. The purpose of this paper is to further explain the current quality and ability requirements of news editors in our social environment and in combination with their own duties and functions.
