苏联超硬材料研究所进行的研究表明,在孕镶钻头胎体内合成金刚石的浓度对钻头的耐磨性能有很大的影响。合成金刚石浓度达70%的孕镶钻头保证不了有效的钻进。钻头工作过程中观察到金刚石颗粒裂碎和完全损坏以及胎体沿高度强烈不均匀的磨损。钻头金刚石浓度由70增至125%时,可有效地破碎岩石。在这个范围内随着浓度的增大而减少了金刚石的单位载荷,增加了金刚石颗粒的寿命,并观察到钻头的耐磨性能与浓度的关系几乎是直线的。
Research conducted by the Soviet Institute of Superhard Materials shows that the diamond concentration in the impregnated bit carcass has a significant impact on the wear resistance of the bit. Precise diamond bits with synthetic diamond concentrations up to 70% do not guarantee effective drilling. During drilling, diamond particles were observed to crack and completely damage as well as highly uneven wear of the carcass along the height. When the drill bit diamond concentration is increased from 70 to 125%, the rock can be effectively crushed. In this range, the unit load of diamond decreases with the increase of concentration, which increases the life of diamond particles. It is observed that the relationship between wear resistance and concentration of drill bit is almost linear.
