目的探讨葡萄膜炎超声生物显微镜(ultrasound biomicroscopy,UBM)的图像特征及其应用价值。方法采用UBM对58例(101眼)经临床裂隙灯生物显微镜、眼底造影及双目间接检眼镜结合巩膜压迫法检查诊断的葡萄膜炎患者行前房、虹膜、睫状体平坦部及周边部玻璃体视网膜检查,并对其图像进行分析。结果92眼(91.1%)可见病理改变,9眼(9.1%)未见异常。UBM图像主要表现:前房内点状回声,KP,虹膜前、后粘连,虹膜膨隆,房角关闭,瞳孔闭锁,睫状体平坦部及周边玻璃体基底部点状及膜样混浊,玻璃体视网膜粘连牵拉征和睫状体脱离等。结论UBM在葡萄膜炎诊断治疗中有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the image characteristics and its application value of ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM). Methods Fifty-eight patients (101 eyes) underwent UBM to diagnose the uveitis in the anterior chamber, the iris, the ciliary body flat part and the peripheral part by the clinical slit lamp bio-microscope, fundus opacification and binocular ophthalmoscope combined with scleral compression method. Vitreoretinal examination, and its image analysis. Results 92 eyes (91.1%) showed pathological changes, while 9 eyes (9.1%) showed no abnormalities. UBM images mainly showed punctate echoes in the anterior chamber, KP, anterior and posterior ipsilateral adhesions, iris bulging, angle closure, pupil atresia, ciliary body flat and peripheral vitreous basal vertices and membrane-like opacities, vitreoretinal adhesion Pull signs and ciliary body detachment and so on. Conclusion UBM in the diagnosis and treatment of uveitis has clinical value.
