建立了以离子液体和β-环糊精为添加剂的反向微乳毛细管电泳(MEEKC)法分离测定化妆品中丙酸氟替卡松、曲安奈德、醋酸可的松、地塞米松、氢化可的松和泼尼松6种激素的方法。在优化的实验条件下,6种物质于12min内达到基线分离,丙酸氟替卡松在2.0~200mg/L范围内线性关系良好,其它组分在2.0~500mg/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.75、0.81、0.66、0.68、0.74、0.86 mg/L。方法用于化妆品样品测定,加标回收率在93.5%~105%之间,RSD均小于4.3%(n=3)。
A reverse microemulsion capillary electrophoresis (MEEKC) method was developed for the determination of fluticasone propionate, triamcinolone acetonide, cortisone acetate, dexamethasone, hydrocortisone and Prednisone 6 hormones. Under optimized experimental conditions, six substances reached baseline separation within 12 min. The linearity of fluticasone propionate in the range of 2.0 ~ 200 mg / L was good. The other components showed good linearity in the range of 2.0 ~ 500 mg / L with the detection limits (S / N = 3) were 0.75,0.81,0.66,0.68,0.74,0.86 mg / L respectively. The method was applied to the determination of cosmetic samples. The recoveries of standard addition ranged from 93.5% to 105% with RSD less than 4.3% (n = 3).
