1987年12月11～14日,轻工业部皮革文化用品工业局在北京组织召开了钢琴国家标准起草小组第三次工作会议。参加会议的有轻工业部王华朴处长、李洪铮工程师,国家标准局章启斌工程师,商业部门代表刘萍同志,有关地方局负责标准工作的同志,以及起草单位上海钢琴厂、广州钢琴厂、营口钢琴厂、浙江钢琴厂、北京钢琴厂、全国乐器标准化质量检测中心的工程技术人员和全国乐器工业科技情报站的代表。全国乐器标准化质量检测中心站站长丛庆滋参加并主持了会议。
December 1987 ~ December 14, the Ministry of Light Industry Leather Stationery Industry Bureau held in Beijing organized the third working meeting of the drafting group of national piano standards. Attending the meeting were Wang Hua Pu, director of the Ministry of Light Industry, Li Hongzheng, engineer Zhang Qi-bin of the National Bureau of Standards, comrade Liu Ping of the commercial department, comrades responsible for standard work of the local bureau, and drafting units Shanghai Piano Factory, Guangzhou Piano Factory, Yingkou Piano Factory, Zhejiang Piano Factory, Beijing Piano Factory, the National Instrument Standardization Quality Testing Center of engineering and technical personnel and the National Instrument Industry Science and Technology Information Station representatives. National Instruments standardization of quality inspection center station Cong Qing Zi attended and presided over the meeting.
