在企业的生产经营中,决定发展能力的是员工。企业须将员工的个人价值与企业价值融为一体,激励员工主动为企业贡献个人的劳动和智慧,与企业形成命运共同体,以实现人本管理。在企业的生产经营中,决定企业发展能力的并不是机器设备,而是企业的员工。只有通过全体员工的共同努力,才能创造企业的辉煌业绩。因此,人本管理就是在深刻认识人在企业中独特作用的基础上,突出人在管理中的地位,实现以人为中心的管理。
In the production and management of enterprises, the decision to develop ability of employees.
