目的优选厚朴中厚朴酚超声提取条件。方法采用超声波法提取厚朴中的厚朴酚,研究提取溶剂、提取时间、超声功率、料液比单因素对提取率影响,在单因素试验结果的基础上进行正交设计,对厚朴中厚朴酚的超声提取条件进行优化。结果乙酸乙酯为最佳提取溶剂,单因素确定最佳提取时间为60~80min,最佳提取功率为150~200W,最佳料液比1∶15~1∶25。单因素分析基础上,正交试验确定各因素对厚朴中厚朴酚的提取率的影响从大到小依次为料液比>超声功率>超声时间,最佳提取条件为以乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂,料液比l∶25,超声功率175W提取时间70min,该条件下厚朴中厚朴酚的提取率为88.13%。结论超声提取厚朴酚是一种操作简单、成本低廉、提取时间短、提取率较高的方法。
Objective To optimize the Magnolia officinalis phenol ultrasonic extraction conditions. Methods Honokiol in Magnolia officinalis was extracted by ultrasonic method. The effects of extraction solvent, extraction time, ultrasonic power and the ratio of solid to liquid on the extraction rate were studied. Based on the single factor test results, Phenol ultrasonic extraction conditions were optimized. Results The optimum extraction solvent was ethyl acetate. The optimal extraction time was 60 ~ 80 min by single factor, the best extraction power was 150 ~ 200W, the best ratio of solid to liquid was 1:15 ~ 1:25. On the basis of univariate analysis, the factors affecting the extraction rate of honokiol from Magnolia officinalis were as follows: liquid-to-liquid ratio> ultrasonic power> ultrasonic time, the best extraction conditions were ethyl acetate as extraction solvent , The ratio of material to liquid was 1:25 and the ultrasonic power was 175W for 70min. Under this condition, the extraction rate of magnolol in Magnolia officinalis was 88.13%. Conclusion Ultrasound extraction of magnolol is a simple, low cost, short extraction time and high extraction rate.
