观察HFRS单价灭活疫苗中期免疫效果。方法:采用IFAT法及MCPENT法检测荧光抗体及中和抗体。结果:3个试区加强接种人数分别为4052、4407和6354人。加强后,Ⅰ型苗荧光抗体阳性率为72.73%,GMT为14.14;中和抗体阳性率为54.55%,GMT为6.67。D型苗荧光抗体阳性率为75.00%,GMT为11.85;中和抗体阳性率为60%,GMT为9.44。加强后1年,Ⅰ型苗年均保护率为65.52%,Ⅱ型苗则为94.24%。同期,Ⅰ型苗荧光抗体阳性率维持在40%,中和抗体维持在35.00%;Ⅱ型苗荧光抗体阳性率降至10.34%,中和抗体维持在53.85%。结论:两型疫苗均有较好的中期防病效果。
To observe the medium-term immunization effect of HFRS monovalent inactivated vaccine. Methods: Fluorescent antibody and neutralizing antibody were detected by IFAT method and MCPENT method. Results: The number of vaccination in 3 pilot districts was 4052,4407 and 6354 respectively. After being intensified, the positive rate of type I vaccine was 72.73% and the GMT was 14.14. The positive rate of neutralizing antibody was 54.55% and the GMT was 6.67. The positive rate of D-type fluorescent antibody was 75.00% and the GMT was 11.85. The positive rate of neutralizing antibody was 60% and the GMT was 9.44. One year after the enhancement, the average annual protection rate of type I seedlings was 65.52% and that of type II seedlings was 94.24%. In the same period, the positive rate of type I vaccine was maintained at 40% and the neutralization antibody maintained at 35.00%. The positive rate of type Ⅱ vaccine was reduced to 10.34% and the neutralization antibody maintained at 53.85%. Conclusion: Both types of vaccines have good medium-term disease control effect.
