一、课题的提出藏族城镇地区小学活动课(语文、数学、英语)着眼于培养学生素质,使学生持续发展和终身发展,使教育不再成为一种“过滤器”。因此,改革原有的学科课程结构,使课程结构的单一模式朝多元模式发展,不仅是义务教育的要求,更是语文、数学、英语教育自身发展的需要。1993年国家教委颁布的《九年制义务教育全日制小学、初中课程计划》中提出并构建了由学科课程和活动课程组成的课程体系后,活动课程的研究已成为教育改革与研究
First, the proposed topic Primary school activity classes (language, mathematics, English) in Tibetan cities and towns focus on the cultivation of student quality, enable students to develop and life-long development, so that education is no longer a “filter ”. Therefore, reforming the existing subject curriculum structure and making the single mode of the curriculum structure develop in a pluralistic mode is not only the requirement of compulsory education but also the need of the development of Chinese, math and English education themselves. After the proposed curriculum system consisting of subject courses and activity courses was proposed and put forward in 1993 by the State Education Commission, the research on the activity courses has become an important part of education reform and research
