探讨几种细胞因子在单疱病毒性角膜炎 ( herpes simplex keratitis,HSK)发病机理中的作用及意义。方法 :用双抗体夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验 ( EL ISA)对 5 1例 HSK患者 (其中活动期 33例 ,非活动期 18例 )作了外周血白细胞介素 6 ( IL - 6 )、白细胞介素 8( IL - 8)、α肿瘤坏死因子 ( TNF-α)、α干扰素 ( TFN-α)水平观察 ,并用同样方法以 5 0名正常献血员作正常对照。结果 :HSK活动期患者的 IL- 6、IL- 8、TNF- α测定值与 HSK非活动期患者和正常对照组相比明显增高 ;IFN- α与 HSK非活动期患者和正常对照组比较显著降低 ,差异均有非常显著性 ( P<0 .0 1) ;基质型 HSK患者与上皮型 HSK患者 IL- 6、IL-8、TNF- α相比 ,差异有非常显著性 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :HSK患者正常免疫功能受抑制及几种细胞因子水平异常可能导致 HSK的发生与发展 ,IL - 6、 IL - 8、 TNF-α、 IFN-α的测定 ,可作为 HSK患者治疗观察及愈后评估的参考指标
To investigate the role and significance of several cytokines in the pathogenesis of herpes simplex keratitis (HSK). Methods: Fifty - one patients with HSK (including 33 active and 18 inactive patients) were enrolled in this study.
