“二五三”课堂教学模式是在新课程理念和现代教育理念的指导下,更新教学观念,转变教学行为,实施的有效课堂教学。“二五三”模式从学生学习能力层次、学习小组构建、学习目标完成要求、课堂教学流程等方面阐释“二五三”内涵。根据“二五三”要求编写《教学纲要》,以学生为主题,先学后教为出发点和落脚点,将课前、课堂融为一体,通过发挥教师“导”和学生“学”的作用,实现教师高效课堂,学生高效学习,提升教学质量。
