目的:探讨在急诊留观患者应用一体化健康教育模式的效果。方法:选取2015年2月~2016年3月在浙江省宁波市象山县红十字台胞医院急诊留观的240例患者。随机分成常规教育组和一体化健康教育组,每组患者为120例,对于常规教育组患者采取熟知的常规健康教育,一体化健康教育组的患者则运用一体化健康教育。比较两组留观患者及家属对于患病情况、疾病知识、遵从医嘱情况及对医护人员的满意率。结果:一体化健康教育组相较于常规教育组,患者及其家属无论是在疾病了解程度、遵从医嘱程度、对于医护人员满意率方面都有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:一体化健康教育模式可以提高急诊留观患者的健康教育效果。
Objective: To explore the effect of applying integrated health education in patients with emergency observation. Methods: From February 2015 to March 2016, 240 patients were selected for emergency observation in Red Cross Taiwan Sai Hospital of Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Patients were randomly divided into a regular education group and an integrated health education group with 120 patients in each group, with well-known routine health education for the regular education group and an integrated health education group using integrated health education. Patients in the two groups were compared with their relatives for the prevalence, disease knowledge, compliance with doctor’s advice and satisfaction rate with medical staff. Results: All-in-one health education group had significantly higher satisfaction (P <0.05) with regard to the satisfaction rate of medical staff than those of the regular education group. Conclusion: The integrated health education model can improve the health education effects of patients with emergency observation.
