随着经济的发展,中国在国际社会的政治地位正迅速提高,对国际事务的介入越来越多。以前我们是在别人建构的国际框架中,按照别人制定的游戏规则行事,只要学习别人的规则就行。但是,当我们实力增强以后,介入国际事务必须带着我们自己的立场、价值观和利益关切,因此,我们必须参与国际框架和游戏规则的制定,有朝一日甚至必须主导国际框架及其相关游戏规则的制定。
With economic development, China’s political status in the international community is rapidly increasing, and its involvement in international affairs is increasing. In the past we are in other people’s international framework, in accordance with the rules of the game set by others, as long as learning other people’s rules on the line. However, as we gain strength, intervening in international affairs must bring our own position, values and interests in mind. Therefore, we must participate in the formulation of the international framework and the rules of the game. One day we must even dictate the formulation of the international framework and related rules of the game .
