一、前言任何物质的性质无不与它的形貌(表面形态)、化学组成和结构有关。过去,形貌的观察主要靠光学显微镜,根据物质的光学性质(如折射率、反射率、透光率、偏振性质等)和物理性质(如硬度、比重等)来判断的,而化学成份的测定多采用化学分析法和仪器分析法来实现,结构分析则是借助于X光衍射、电子衍射和中子衍射来进行的。
