引言在土坝稳定性分析中,必须知道浸润面的位置。通常情况下都假设经过一段时间以后,最终形成稳态的渗流条件,因而就采用稳态浸润面分析土坝稳定性。但是,稳定状态渗流的假设对于象用作废料处理和控制沉积的临时坝就不合理了,因为稳态渗流条件在这些土坝的使用寿命内不一定能达到。实际上,在美国肯塔基西部煤场,已建的废料坝和泥沙坝假设为稳态渗流都被误认为是不安全的。设计人员为了达到所需要的安全系数,不得不任意假设一个不稳定状态的浸润
Introduction In earth dam stability analysis, the position of the wetted surface must be known. Under normal circumstances, it is assumed that steady state seepage conditions will eventually form after a certain period of time, so the steady-state infiltration surface is used to analyze the stability of earth dam. However, the assumption of steady-state seepage is not reasonable for temporary dams such as waste disposal and deposition control because steady-state seepage conditions are not necessarily achievable over the life of these dams. In fact, at the western Kentucky coal yard in the United States, the built waste dams and silt dams assumed steady-state seepage was mistakenly considered as unsafe.
