目的观察中药抗疲Ⅰ号对雄性训练Wistar大鼠急进高原并运动力竭后性激素和睾丸的防护作用。方法在海拔1520m环境设实验组(EG),使用中药抗疲Ⅰ号加入常规饲料中喂养,对照组(CG)常规饲料喂养,EG、CG各40只游泳训练4周后,各选35只3h急进海拔3850m环境静息1.5h,从中各选10只作为静息对照采集标本,EG、CG各25只游泳至力竭后,从中各选20只1h、24h采集标本,各剩余5只返回海拔1520m环境与非训练雌性种鼠交配,观察3~4月产仔情况。结果EG高原游泳时间显著长于CG,EG与CG相比,性激素水平差异均有显著性,EG睾丸组织学结构、生育能力等优于CG。结论进行竞技体育运行集训或强体力劳动,特别是改变运动集训环境或进入高海拔地区作业训练,需要注重加强劳动和训练防护。
Objective To observe the protective effects of anti-fatigue I, a traditional Chinese medicine, on sex hormones and testis of males trained Wistar rats in acute plateau and exercise exhaustion. METHODS: The experimental group (EG) was set at an altitude of 1520m. The rats were fed with traditional Chinese medicine Anti-Fatigue I and fed conventional diets. The control group (CG) was fed conventional diets. Forty EG and CG were each trained after swimming for 4 weeks. Each selected 35 rats for 3 hours. Rapidly rising 3850m above sea level and resting for 1.5h, select 10 animals from each of them as a resting control to collect specimens. After 25 swims of EG and CG were exhausted, 20 specimens were collected from each of them for 1h and 24h, and the remaining 5 were returned to altitude. The 1520m environment was mated with non-trained females, and the litter size was observed from March to April. Results The swimming time of EG plateau was significantly longer than that of CG. Compared with CG, the levels of sex hormones were significantly different. EG testes had better histological structure and fertility than CG. Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to strengthening the protection of labor and training when carrying out competitive sports running training or strong physical labor, especially changing the sports training environment or entering high-altitude operation training.
