目的评价国产吗氯贝胺的疗效及副反应。方法采用双盲对照研究，吗氯贝胺组２０例，丙咪嗪组２０例，疗效用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评定，副反应用副反应量表评定，治疗前和治疗后每周评定１次，共４ｗｋ。结果吗氯贝胺与丙咪嗪的抗抑郁疗效无显著性差异，丙咪嗪的抗胆碱能副反应显著高于吗氯贝胺，病人对吗氯贝胺有较好的依从性。结论吗氯贝胺与丙咪嗪的疗效相当，但副反应小。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of domestic moclobemide. Methods A double-blind controlled study was conducted in 20 patients in the moclobemide group and 20 in the imipramine group. The therapeutic effect was assessed by the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale. The side effects were assessed by the side-response scale. The scores were assessed weekly before and after treatment. Total 4wk. Results mocetine and imipramine had no significant difference in the antidepressant effect. The anticholinergic side effects of imipramine were significantly higher than that of moclobemide, and the patients had better compliance with moclobemide. Conclusions Moclobemide and imipramine have similar efficacy, but little side effects.
