介绍了一种对高压手动调节阀进行改造和控制的方法,将伺服电机、阀芯轴和编码器三者连接起来,采用编码器和伺服电机相结合获得阀门电机轴的转动角位移,从而得出阀门的开度。并从系统硬件组成、结构设计、PLC程序设计、上位机监控程序设计等方面详细地阐述了该系统。经鉴定表明该方法成本低、精度高,具有能掉电保护、极限保护、疲劳死区检测和故障报警等功能。
