Semiothi sacinerearia Bremer et Gray (Lepidoptera: Lepidoptera) is an important leaf-eating pest on Sophora japonica L. in northern China. The main purpose of this study is to elucidate the absolute configuration of the chemical structure of the sex pheromone component of Sophora japonica L., providing a new method for the environmentally friendly prevention and control of Sophora japonica L. moth in urban areas. After gas chromatography retention time and mass spectrometry characteristic ions were compared with standard samples, cis 6, cis 9-cis -3, and cis-6 were detected from the sex pheromone gland solvent extract of female virginae (2-3 days old) 4-epoxy-heptadecadiene and cis 3, cis 6, cis 9-3, 6,9-heptadecatriene in the gland with 100: 4.8 ± 1.3 (N = 12) Ratio exists. The gossypium hirsutum sex pheromone extract was further separated on a chiral capillary column (CycloSil-B, 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm liquid film thickness), and the glandular component was found to be cis-6 The 9-cis-3,4-epoxy-heptadecene has the absolute configuration of 3R, 4S. The two synthetic enantiomer mixtures cis-6, cis-9-3R, 4S-epoxy-heptadecadiene and cis 6, cis 9-3S, 4R-epoxy- Added to the glandular extract at a ratio of 1.55: 1. Based on this analysis, the glandular cis-6, cis-9-cis-3,4-epoxy-heptadecanediene further confirmed the absolute configuration of 3R, 4S. The conclusions of this study will lay a solid foundation for the development of highly efficient psyllid pheromone inducing callus.
