目的观察益心康泰胶囊治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将89例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组在对照组常规抗心绞痛药物治疗的基础上,加上益心康泰胶囊2粒/次,3次/d。对照组肠溶阿司匹林片100 mg/次,1次/n口服,辛伐他汀20 mg,1次/n口服,疗程30 d。结束后观察心绞痛症状,心电图ST-T及血液流变学、血脂、血管内皮功能标志物NO和ET水平。结果治疗组患者心绞痛症状明显缓解。心电图ST-T缺血改变得以恢复,血液流变学改变,血脂水平较治疗前降低,ET水平较治疗前降低,总有效率为87.3%。结论益心康泰胶囊治疗不稳定性心绞痛活血化瘀,通脉止痛,安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yixin Kangtai Capsule in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 89 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The treatment group in the control group on the basis of conventional anti-anginal drug therapy, plus Yixin Kangtai capsules 2 capsules / time, 3 times / d. Angina symptoms, electrocardiogram ST-T, hemorheology, blood lipids, endothelial nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) levels were observed. Results The angina pectoris symptoms were relieved in the treatment group. ECG ST-T ischemia was restored, hemorheological changes, blood lipid levels lower than before treatment, ET levels decreased compared with before treatment, the total effective rate was 87.3%. Conclusion Yixintangtai capsule for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris and blood circulation, Tongmai analgesic, safe and effective.
