福州市会展业目前处于整合发展阶段,以“海峡”为最大特色,但市场化程度不够高,会展品牌宣传力度不够大,会展专业人才匮乏,公共服务体系不够完善是制约其发展的最大瓶颈。利用SWOT分析,找到福州会展业品牌发展所遇到的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,提出相对应的意见和建议,旨在推进福州会展业的高效发展和品牌的推广。
At present, the convention and exhibition industry in Fuzhou is at the stage of integration and development with “Strait ” as the most important characteristic. However, the degree of marketization is not high enough, the propaganda of exhibition and exhibition brands is not big enough, the number of convention and exhibition professionals is scarce, and the imperfect public service system is the most restrictive one bottleneck. Use SWOT analysis to find the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges encountered in the development of MICE industry in Fuzhou, and put forward corresponding opinions and suggestions to promote the efficient development of MICE industry and promote the brand.
