从莱特兄弟发明第一架飞机开始,人类就踏上了一条探索如何安全飞行的征途。从一次次事故中吸取教训、改进设计、完善制度。每次大型空难后,航空系统都会竭力解开空难谜团,找到失事原因,从而对现有体系进行整合改正,以图通过技术和管理手段,最小化导致该因素引发事故的概率。飞机,渐渐成为目前世界上最安全的交通工具,其中反映了100多年人类航空实践的安全成果,浓缩的正是从一次次空难中取得的教训。可以说,人类飞行的历史,是在血泪中摸索前行的历史。
