目的:对钛铝金属间化合物膜精制中药提取液的效果进行初步评价。方法:用钛铝金属间化合物膜对莲子心、杜仲叶和中药复方白花三地(地锦草、两面针、地骨皮、白花蛇舌草)的提取液进行过滤,对提取液过滤前后在总固体、指标成分等方面的变化进行对比分析。结果:通过30和10μm孔径两级过滤后,莲子心总固体去除率分别为1.2%和22.66%,甲基莲心碱保留率分别为97.56%和95.12%;杜仲叶的总固体去除率分别为1.2%和22.66%,绿原酸保留率分别为95.45%和87.28%;中药复方白花三地总固体去除率分别为11.09%和14.29%,槲皮素保留率分别为98.58%和95.43%。结论:钛铝金属间化合物膜过滤精制技术对中药提取液具有较好的精制效果。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of refining traditional Chinese medicine extract of titanium-aluminum intermetallic compound membrane. Methods: The extract of lotus root, the leaf of Eucommia ulmoides and the traditional Chinese medicine compound Baihua (Dioscorea zingiberens, Acupuncture needles, Digupi, Hedyotis diffusa) were filtrated with titanium-aluminum intermetallic compound membrane. Total solids, indicators of changes in composition and other aspects of comparative analysis. Results: The total solid removal efficiencies of lotus seeds were 1.2% and 22.66%, respectively. The retention rates of neferine were 97.56% and 95.12%, respectively. The total solid removal rates of Eucommia ulmoides leaves were 1.2 % And 22.66% respectively. The retention rates of chlorogenic acid were 95.45% and 87.28%, respectively. The total solid removal rates were 11.09% and 14.29%, respectively, and the retention rates of quercetin were 98.58% and 95.43%, respectively. Conclusion: Membrane purification technology of titanium-aluminum intermetallic compound has better purification effect on Chinese medicine extract.
